Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the product, all products are final sale and non-refundable.
All products will be inspected prior to shipment. In the event that a product received is defective, we will exchange the product for the same style at no additional cost. We must be notified of the defective product within 10 business days of receiving the product for an exchange. The defective product must be returned in it's original condition & packaging (unused with all seals intact), otherwise the item will be ineligible for an exchange.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE AS OUTLINED BELOW:
1. REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE
Notify us of the defective product at email@example.com within 10 business days.
Your message should contain your order number, photos of the defective product & the reason for exchange.
All products must be returned unused & in its original packaging.
2. SHIP THE PACKAGE TO US
Pack the product to the best of your ability to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the parcel through your local post office. Do not use shipping carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, or any other delivery service which will incur brokerage or C.O.D fees as we will decline them upon arrival.
